From Barnsley Bus and Train Interchange

Emmanuel is 3/4 of a mile as the crow flies or just under a mile as the duck waddles from Barnsley Bus and Train interchange.  There's a bit of uphill on the first part of this walk, but it's fairly level from then.

Come out of the bus interchange at the Eldon Street entrance and head up the hill on Regent Street towards Barnsley Town Hall.

At the Town Hall turn right onto Church Street.  Go past the Barnsley Building Society then Barnsley Chronicle and Barnsley College.

Cross over the road heading straight ahead onto Huddersfield Road and Emmanuel Church is half a mile on the left.
