YF is an activity group for young people aged 10 to 15. We have around 20 to 30 young people who come together to play games, join in craft activities, play Wii, air hockey, table football and much more! Just £1

Lightz @ Barnsley Academy

This is the new and exciting secondary assembly package for secondary schools. Emmanuel, Hope House and St Georges are working together to provide this much need service for the secondary schools in Barnsley. If you would like more information or know a school where we could come and lead lunch clubs get in contact with Kirstie. 

College Chaplaincy

Over the last year there has been a team of people going into Barnsley College offering a chaplaincy service. This has been on the whole welcomed with open arms, with many students and staff coming to see the chaplains.  Over the last month we have been invited to lead tutorial workshops for students on everyday moral issues. So if you are at college why not come to the refectory and see us?

It's your move!

It’s your move is an annual sleepover where we celebrate the end of primary school and prepare for the world of secondary school. We have lots of fun and games, crafts and more to reflect on the primary years but also to look forward to secondary school. We usually hold this during July. Watch out for more info!

Emerge
Emerge is a new and exciting group at Emmanuel for people in their twenties. It’s a chance to be involved with some fun activities!

So are you in your twenties and fancy a change?... Then why not come along and give it a try?

The first session will be bowling at Barnsley Bowl on 21^stFebruary 2011 at 7.00pm. The cost is just £8.50 and this includes 2 games of bowling. If you would like to go please call/text Kirstie on 07929621018 before 14^th February 2011. If you want to go but can’t quite afford it speak to Kirstie.
