Yoga for beginners is a hatha style yoga class which is suitable for complete beginners or those wanting a more gentle practice. During each class we focus on breathwork, mindfulness and relaxation before taking the body through a range of movements designed to mobilise, stretch and strengthen. Each class finishes with a relaxation phase to help calm the body and mind. This class is a great starting point for anybody who has not previously tried yoga. It is also suitable for individuals with mobility issues. New starters can arrange a free taster session by contacting me directly.
